During my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process, I found that the setup was largely a one-off exercise. The initial configuration of the software, including importing my database and setting up the dialer, took some time but once done, the ongoing usage has been quite trouble-free. The training sessions clarified most of the tasks needed upfront, such as understanding how updates would roll out automatically and how to handle telephonic support if needed. What I found subtle but helpful was that intraday workflows and calling features don’t require regular re-setup, which frees me from constant tweaking. One minor reservation would be that the pre-purchase information could have better highlighted which parts of the setup are recurring and which are not, to help manage expectations more clearly. Still, I am generally satisfied with the outcome as the current state works well for integrating into my daily work with minimal disruptions and good software stability.
