Setup was mostly one-time, which surprised me pleasantly
When I started, I expected ongoing tweaks throughout the process, but it turned out much of the setup was one-off. The initial onboarding and training established a solid foundation, allowing me to smoothly transition into daily use without constantly revisiting early steps. This reduced ongoing effort significantly, which was a pleasant surprise. Compared to other tools I've tried, this meant the learning curve was manageable and I could focus more on actual workflow rather than software management. I’d tell a friend it feels like investing some time initially pays off with less hassle later, though a couple of occasional updates do require attention to stay current.
