Setup was mostly one-time; dialing was a bit rough

What stood out was how most of the complicated setup was just a one-time affair, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to waste time on repeated configurations. The software itself gave me full access once everything was done, so in that sense it did the job I expected. However, I ran into issues with the dialer during actual use – it sometimes lagged or dropped calls unexpectedly, which wasn’t ideal for a steady workflow. The database feature was adequate but didn’t always sync as quickly as I needed, resulting in some inconsistencies when I checked client info mid-call. Automatic updates came through regularly but occasionally seemed to interfere briefly with the software’s responsiveness. So while I acknowledge the initial setup was mostly one-off and straightforward, ongoing access stability could be better to truly rely on the system day-to-day.
