Setup was mostly one-time, but ongoing tweaks took time

The setup process for the WFHI software was largely a one-off task involving installing the software, configuring the dialer, and uploading initial data into the database. These steps required focused effort but once done, I experienced fewer day-to-day hurdles. However, ongoing adjustments to the software settings, particularly related to the calling tools and workflow sequences, demanded a significant amount of time and attention. Each tweak involved coordination with support to understand optimal configurations. Telephonic support responded adequately but the repeated exchanges added to the effort required. Automatic software updates were mostly seamless, but occasionally needed manual intervention which further extended setup-related activities. The invoicing and payment steps were straightforward, requiring less continuous management. Overall, while the main setup was concentrated at the start, the continuous small configurations and occasional troubleshooting meant that the workload was not entirely front-loaded. This ongoing involvement was manageable but demanded regular attention which users should be prepared for. The process required persistence more than complexity, but knowing this ahead would help in planning resources. In summary, the effort was sustained and not just a quick setup.
