Setup was mostly one-time, but ongoing support is mixed
When I was deciding to get the software, I noticed the sales process highlighted the initial setup clearly as a one-off event, where they help you get started with the onboarding and training. That part did feel like a one-time push. However, once I was through the initial steps, it became less clear what ongoing setup or maintenance was really necessary, and when. The dialing tool and database updates seemed to mostly happen automatically without much input from me, which was convenient. Still, the clarity about ongoing tasks and support available was a little vague. I had one moment early on where I asked for help with understanding invoice schedules, which was resolved satisfactorily. Overall, if I explained this to a friend, I’d say it is a system that sets up fast initially, then runs largely in the background, but make sure you ask about how updates will work to avoid surprises.
