Setup was mostly one-time, but ongoing bits stood out
I was thinking over how much of this setup would be a lasting process versus something I’d do just once. The initial sign-up and payment steps felt straightforward enough, and getting access to the calling tools and database happened after a basic training which was okay. But what I’m unsure about is how often I will need to re-engage with certain features. For example, automatic updates seem handy but sometimes they disrupt the workflow, and I wonder if constant telephonic support will be necessary going forward or if that’s just an early phase thing. I have the sense that most of the main onboarding is one-off, but calls about invoicing or software quirks might pop up repeatedly. Maybe the priority assistance will handle that well but I can’t say for sure yet as I am just starting. The sales process explained most of this, though honestly some aspects of what is continuous and what isn’t were hazier than I expected. From what I gather now, I’d say the one thing that stood out was how the initial explanation focused heavily on setup but less on the continuing involvement required. That’s the bit I’m still feeling my way around.
