Setup was mostly one-off, which surprised me
I was surprised to find that much of the setup in the training and onboarding was essentially a one-off effort. I expected ongoing adjustments to be frequent, but after completing the initial training modules and account integrations, most processes stabilized. The database input was intensive at first but then required regular maintenance rather than continuous reconfiguration. The automatic updates pushed by WFHI ensured the software stayed current without demanding my intervention, which is a relief. Even the dialer tools operated seamlessly once set up, requiring minimal repeated setup. Telephonic support was available when needed, but because the software was stable, I rarely had to lean on it for fixes related to setup. The sign-up and invoicing worked smoothly at the beginning and then settled. It felt like the system was designed to get users fully operational quickly and then let them maintain workflow without constant onboarding retraining. That surprised me as I anticipated a longer dynamic setup period. I appreciated that balance for efficiency and predictability overall.
