Setup was mostly one-off, support calls stood out
The setup process itself was mostly a one-time involvement, involving the initial sign-up, connecting to the dialer, and familiarizing myself with the database feature. After those initial steps, ongoing use did not require frequent reconfiguration or repeated tasks. What stood out was how helpful telephonic support was when I reached out during the early days. They provided clear answers just when I needed them, which is notable because a lot of the software is designed to run with little ongoing intervention. The automatic updates seemed to happen quietly in the background and did not require any action from me. Payment and invoicing worked well enough, though not remarkable. Overall, while the daily running of the software was mostly maintenance-free, it was this prompt and straightforward support during setup that marked the experience for me. That was the part I would say made the difference in how smoothly I could operate.
