Setup was mostly one-off, overall disappointing
Honestly, my experience with the training and onboarding was disappointing. The initial setup was very much a one-off event; I did the sign-up, played around with the software briefly, and that was it. There wasn’t much ongoing guidance or follow-up to help me adjust or improve my workflow remotely. While the training videos were there, the content felt generic and lacked specific examples relevant to everyday use. I remember trying to figure out the dialer setup, but after the initial attempt, there wasn’t much support or periodic checking to see if I had issues. This made me feel like I was left to figure everything out after the initial steps, which wasn't very encouraging. The process seemed designed to get me started quickly but didn’t invest in sustaining progress. It felt very transactional without the continuous learning I expected from a paid service. To be clear, I don’t think the setup had value beyond day one, and I wouldn’t want to repeat the process without a more ongoing and engaging training experience. Monitoring, feedback, or incremental training would have made a difference, but unfortunately, this was not part of what I received.
