Setup was mostly one-off, but that wasn’t clear before purchase
I decided to try the WFHI software because I wanted something to help with running remote workflows more effectively. Right from the start, it seemed like the setup would involve ongoing adjustments, but it turns out that most of it was a one-time configuration process. This was frustrating because I had expected continual guidance and updates that I would actively manage day-to-day. Instead, the initial onboarding and training ended up being all the real work involved when it came to setup. After that, the system more or less ran itself without much need for frequent interaction from me. I was hoping for a more dynamic or iterative approach that would adapt regularly as I used the software. This mismatch between my expectations and reality left me feeling disappointed. The calling tools and database did integrate well once set up, but since I’m not making ongoing changes, I wonder how much value the platform will add long-term. It feels like I paid upfront for software and training that required a lot of effort initially but less support later on. I would tell a friend it’s important to know exactly what kind of ongoing involvement you want before committing to this system.
