Setup was mostly one-off, but ongoing updates keep things interesting

Reflecting on my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase phase, I noticed that much of the setup was a one-time effort, like configuring the dialer and establishing the database connections. These initial steps took some patience but once they were done, the day-to-day use felt smoother. That said, one of the ongoing aspects is the automatic updates which introduce new features or tweak existing ones now and then. That’s a double-edged sword because on the one hand, it keeps the software fresh and up-to-date with better workflows, but on the other hand, sometimes you have to relearn how certain tools work or adjust settings again. From a sales perspective, I appreciated the clarity about this ongoing change, even though it might not be ideal for everyone. The invoicing and payment process was pretty straightforward and didn’t require repeat action except the regular payments themselves. Overall, I think the combination of a mostly one-off setup with ongoing tweaks makes the system adaptable but requires some commitment to staying current with changes.
