Setup was mostly one-off, but onboarding steps clicked late
Going through the training and onboarding meant following several steps I found quite repetitive at first. The initial setup was mostly a one-off effort, involving entering personal details, configuring access, and understanding how to use the dialer and database features. However, the ongoing parts of onboarding, like adjusting workflow preferences and learning calling scripts, didn’t immediately make sense to me. It wasn’t until I reached the training module on the auto-update system that some clarity began to emerge. Even then, I felt the moment of full understanding had not arrived by the end of onboarding. I suppose more consistent reinforcement of these steps through examples might help the process feel less disjointed for new users.
