Setup was mostly a one-time thing, that’s what I tell my friends
I’d describe the setup as largely a one-off process rather than something ongoing, which I think is a big plus. From signing up to the first few training sessions, a lot of groundwork was laid initially. They guided me through the dashboard, how to use the dialer effectively, and organizing the database feature. After that, the software runs mostly on its own with the automatic updates handling most of the maintenance. Payment and invoicing were straightforward and didn't require continuous action from me. The helpful part was the initial training which gave me confidence, while later calls to telephonic support were about fine-tuning rather than major problems. So, if you’re thinking about it, you won’t be stuck repeatedly setting things up. It’s mostly frontloaded investment of time and effort, followed by smoother ongoing use. That’s how I usually explain it to friends curious about using it themselves.
