Setup was more of a problem than I expected
I kept thinking about how much of the setup would be ongoing versus just a one-time effort, but honestly, what went badly was the persistent difficulty with getting the calling tools to work properly. The initial sign-up and onboarding seemed straight enough, but from there, the dialer created roadblocks that I wasn’t prepared for. It often failed to connect, or features in the database would glitch, meaning I had to constantly troubleshoot. I expected that after the initial setup, most things would run smoothly and I could focus on the training or dialing out; instead, I found myself stuck repeatedly trying to figure out basic functions that weren’t stable. The idea of automatic updates sounded promising, yet updates sometimes disrupted the flow more than helping it. Telephonic support was available, but I felt more unsure after those calls since they didn’t fully resolve my issues. Payment and invoicing went through okay, at least that didn’t add complications. It’s just that the ongoing hiccups in software use made it feel like the setup was never really complete. I wanted something that would get easier with time, but it didn’t.
