Setup was more hassle than worth
I found the setup process extremely disappointing because most of the work turned out to be one-time only and not ongoing as I had expected. The sales pitch suggested continuous support and progress, but in reality, after the initial setup, there was little follow-up or real assistance to maintain the workflow. The onboarding was awkward, and I felt stuck without clear next steps after the initial training. The software didn’t assist in adapting to changes automatically, which meant I had to do manual work frequently, contrary to what I was hoping for. Payment and sign-up were straightforward, but beyond that, everything felt like a one-off. Overall, I am frustrated as the system didn’t work well for my needs and felt more complicated than helpful.
