Setup was more hassle than ongoing work, honestly
From the beginning, I noticed that setting up this software involved a lot of one-time work. Signing up and paying was simple enough, but the real effort began when trying to configure everything – training, dialing setup, database organization. It all took a fair amount of concentration and time. The ongoing use doesn’t demand as much regular attention, which is good, but the initial setup feels like a heavy lift. Support was okay but didn’t really simplify these first steps much. Updates come automatically, and that’s a relief since I don't have to manage that part constantly. Still, if I were to explain to a friend, I would say this product is more about the upfront commitment. Once you get past that, using the calling and database features is smoother. But don’t expect it to be plug-and-play every time. The value is there, but the setup is the significant chore.
