Setup was more complicated than I thought
When I started the training and onboarding, I expected a fairly straightforward process. What I found was that a lot of the setup required one-off efforts that needed to be quite involved, especially connecting the software with our existing workflow. Once that initial setup was completed, the ongoing processes felt less demanding and easier to manage. However, the initial time investment and effort to understand the setup steps were heavier than I anticipated, and it took more patience to get through the early phases of training. The training modules covered the basics, but I wished for more practical examples to reduce confusion during onboarding. The automatic updates didn’t seem to affect my setup much after the initial configuration, which was one thing I found acceptable. Overall, onboarding felt like jumping over a few hurdles initially, and then adjustments were minor afterward. This uneven balance between upfront workload and ongoing ease is why I gave it this rating instead of a higher one. I was hoping for a smoother start, but what mattered later was manageable.
