Setup was mixed: easy first steps, ongoing help required
Initially, I found the setup process fairly straightforward. Signing up was quick, and the interface for accessing the software was user-friendly. The training provided a decent foundation for understanding how to use the calling tools and manage the database. However, after the initial phase, I realized that ongoing adjustments and clarifications were necessary to fine-tune the workflow to my needs. The support team was helpful over the phone when I encountered issues, which was reassuring, but the need for repeated calls showed that it wasn’t entirely a one-time setup. While automatic updates helped keep the software current without manual intervention, adapting to new features or minor glitches required further communication. Billing and payments were consistent and transparent, without surprises, but again, understanding some details took a few exchanges with support. Overall, the outcome was positive, and the system works well for my current remote workflow, but it’s clear the initial setup is just part of the journey.
