Setup was easy, rest was a pain
The initial setup during onboarding went okay and honestly was the only part that didn’t feel like a total hassle. They guided me through creating the account and gave me some basic training, but honestly after that, everything felt pretty one-off and left me on my own. The training didn’t cover the ongoing use in any meaningful way, so each time I had to use the calling tools or update the database, I was fumbling around. I expected it to be more continuous and supported, but it just felt like a one-time push and then forget it. Automatic updates happened on their own, but I never really noticed any improvement or learned about new features—they just appeared out of nowhere. The telephonic support was there, but waiting times were long, and the quality was hit or miss. Overall, the onboarding got me started without much trouble, but it does not prepare you well for keeping the software running smoothly day to day. I think they focus a lot on the opening steps but don’t invest as much in helping you maintain things properly. For that, I found myself mostly struggling all the time.
