Setup was deceptively complex with ongoing tweaks
Initially, I thought the setup would be a simple one-time process, but I was surprised to find that it required ongoing adjustments. The initial onboarding was fairly standard, with clear instructions and straightforward invoicing, which made starting out smooth. However, as I began to use the software more regularly, I realized that certain features, especially the database management and automatic updates, demanded continuous attention to tailor them effectively for my workflow. Telephonic support was helpful, but I still found myself needing to revisit the training modules occasionally. This ongoing maintenance is something I did not fully anticipate, as I assumed a more fixed setup. While I appreciate the flexibility this offers, it did add some unexpected time commitments. Overall, the combination of a quick initial setup with sustained tweaking was a bit more involved than expected, but manageable once I adjusted my expectations and workflow.
