Setup was a pain, ongoing support worse
Honestly, I found WFHI’s setup quite frustrating because there was a lot that felt one-off without clear guidance on what was continuous. The initial database import was complicated, and although I managed to get through it, the automatic updates that followed changed interfaces unpredictably, leaving me unsure if things were still set up right. I tried calling support several times but found the telephonic assistance inconsistent; sometimes helpful, sometimes slow to respond or unable to resolve basic issues. The calling tools and dialer initially worked ok, but with ongoing changes and insufficient explanations, I constantly had to relearn parts of the software which slowed me down. I thought maybe the invoicing and payment process would be a relief but it was confusing as well, with unclear labels and timings that didn’t sync with my expectations. So in brief, the good was that it had potential to streamline workflows, but the bad was the uneven support and the constant need to adjust after each update, making me question if it’s the right fit for sustained use.
