Setup was a one-time pain, ongoing is way easier
Honestly, I’ve explained this before but I’ll say it again because it really matters. Setting up the WFHI software was a decent effort at the start—there was a small learning curve navigating onboarding and the training modules, plus configuring the dialer and database to my workflow. That took some time and repeated calls to support, who thankfully were patient but it was definitely a one-off investment of energy. Once all that initial groundwork was done, the system pretty much runs itself with automatic updates and priority assistance stepping in only rarely when the unexpected happens. The calling tools fit neatly into my daily routine, no hassle beyond what one might expect. Invoicing and payment went smoothly too, although it did take a couple tries to get everything just right with their setup flow. Overall, the initial onboarding phase was the most effort-intensive but once past that, it’s largely hands-off and the support line is there when needed. So if you’re signing up, expect the first setup to be a bit of a project but after that, it’s pretty streamlined. I keep using it because the ongoing part feels manageable now.
