Setup was a one-time hassle, not ongoing help
I expected the training and onboarding to be a smoother, ongoing process with continuous guidance as I got deeper into the software tools. Unfortunately, it felt very much like a big one-time effort to get everything set up correctly. The initial phases—sign-up, invoicing, and database setup—were complicated but manageable with some patience. However, once that was done, there wasn't much in the way of ongoing live support or proactive assistance to help with using the dialer or understanding automatic updates. I had to figure out a lot on my own, which wasn't what I anticipated. In comparison to other platforms I've used, this felt lacking in continuous onboarding support. If I'd known more about how much responsibility was on me to maintain and learn independently after the setup, I might have reconsidered. The one big standout was the initial training material, which was quite detailed, but beyond that, the rest depended heavily on self-drive, which was frustrating.
