Setup was a mix of one-time clear steps and ongoing adjustments
When I was going through sales and pre-purchase info, I tried to get a sense of what parts of setting up your software and training were just one-off and what things I’d have to keep revisiting. The initial sign-up and invoicing seemed pretty standard and one-off, which is good. But once I started exploring the database features and dialing tools, I realized there were ongoing tweaks required to fit my actual remote workflow. The training sessions helped clear some questions about that. I went back and forth a bit between the support line and online resources to understand how updates would manage themselves automatically and what manual actions I’d need, which was a bit hard to pin down at first. I guess my main point is that while the onboarding is mostly one-off, you have to stay engaged with the system to keep it optimized, especially around calling tools and priorities in the database. So, the good is the easy invoicing setup; the less good is that ongoing effort part, but maybe that can’t be avoided either.
