Setup was a bit involved but I'd do it again if needed
The initial setup of the WFHI software took more time than I might have liked, notably the first interaction with the database and calling tools. I remember the moment I was trying to sync my contacts with their dialer feature; it was fiddly and required multiple attempts before it clicked. Once over that hump, the ongoing use of the software was much smoother and less time-consuming. Updates came automatically without interrupting work, which was a relief. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, nothing complicated there. I found that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time repeatedly setting up features or troubleshooting after that initial phase. From my experience, I would say the software demand some patience at first, but once running, it becomes quite manageable. Given that, I would do the setup process again if I had to and keep using this platform regularly. The trade-off between initial effort and ongoing ease fits my working style well enough, despite that one startup moment being a bit testing.
