When I first tried to get the WFHI software running, it felt like a lot of one-off effort went into

When I first tried to get the WFHI software running, it felt like a lot of one-off effort went into basic setup steps that didn’t really help my routine workflows afterward. The initial signup and installing the application itself was okay, but after that, configuring the database to fit my needs took many hours and multiple restarts. Even with the training provided, I found the process confusing and the documentation did not clarify which parts I needed to tweak just once and which adjustments I would have to repeat regularly to keep things functioning smoothly. I had hoped for a more streamlined and automated experience, especially since the dialer and calling tools are supposed to integrate seamlessly. Instead, I found myself spending more time troubleshooting than actually working. Automatic updates didn’t seem to help much either because occasionally they introduced changes that reset some of my custom settings. Telephonic support was slow to respond, which added to the frustration. Overall, the software has potential but the effort it takes to maintain ongoing access and keep things operational is more than I anticipated, and frankly, it felt like a drain rather than a productivity gain.
