Honestly, getting the software up and running took way more time than I expected, and it felt like I invested a lot of hours into the initial setup alone before I could really start working smoothly. The initial one-off setup involved configuring access, filling in database entries, and understanding how the calling tools worked. But after that, I found that the ongoing management was less complicated and smoother than the beginning. The dialer once set, ran mostly fine across the week, though sometimes I had to double-check contact details in the database before calling. I honestly lost count of the many small steps during onboarding, and the whole invoicing and payment process was okay but could have been clearer. Despite the slow start and some glitches, I will say the telephonic support did help when I got stuck, even if getting through initially was a bit frustrating. So yeah, the initial time commitment was much more than I thought it would be.
