Honestly, I had really hoped the setup would be quick and straightforward but boy was I wrong. It took forever for me to just get through the initial onboarding steps, and I kept going back to the support to clarify things that honestly should have been clear from the start. I felt like I was spending so much time on just one-off issues and there wasn't enough ongoing help that actually made me feel supported through the entire process. At times, I thought maybe I just didn’t get it, but no, the communication was lacking and repetitive questions were met with unhelpful answers. I circle back to the main point that the initial setup felt like a mountain I could never climb in one sitting because of how scattered the information was. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to get easier later on, but I didn’t get to that stage because I was caught up in what felt like endless one-off problems. It’s frustrating to feel stuck on the basics when you expected a smoother start.
