Setup took unusually long yaar

Yaar, software ka setup samajhne me thoda zyada time lag gaya mera. Matlab, sign-up and payment to theek thi, par jab software ke dashboard aur dialer ko explore kiya toh explanation itni clear nahi thi. Pehle toh laga ki simple hoga, par database feature ke use case ko samajhne me thoda confusion hua especially jab automatic updates aate hain. Training sessions me bhi kabhi kabhi mujhe wait karna pada because repetition zyada tha aur thoda out-of-sync laga. Telephonic support achha koshish karta tha samjhane ka, par kai baar mujhe baar-baar repeat karna padta tha apni problems. Priority assistance bhi hai, par uska response time mere liye kabhi kabhi slow tha. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki agar setup instructions aur onboarding thodi zyada clear aur concise hoti toh better hota. Aur call tools ki integration thoda aur smooth ho sakta tha. Phir bhi database feature thoda acha laga aur invoicing process clear thi. Bas thoda handle karne me time zyada laga mujhe.
