Lekin jo ongoing support chahiye tha jab main nayi calls process kar raha tha, wo zyada helpful nahi tha. Kuch queries the meri jo baar-baar samjhani padi support ko, matlab lagta tha ki patience khatam ho gaya hai dono taraf. Telephonic assistance milti thi, par time lagta tha to get clear answers. Thoda tiring experience raha, especially jab baar baar kuch chhota sa problem aa gaya toh wait zyada hota tha. Par haan, jo basic setup tha, wo ek baar hone ke baad thoda aage chalke smooth chal sakta hai. Overall, time was a big factor here in my experience.
