Setup took too long and was repetitive
The onboarding and training process took far longer than expected, mostly because the setup steps weren’t clearly separated into one-off versus ongoing tasks. I spent several hours trying to figure out which portions were initial configuration and which required daily attention. This confusion made the entire experience frustrating since I was unsure if I was doing it correctly or unnecessarily repeating work. The training materials promised a smoother start but I found myself redoing parts of the database integration multiple times due to lack of clarity. Automatic updates sometimes interfered with configured settings, causing me to restart certain procedures more than once. Telephonic support was available but the back-and-forth calls to clarify the setup prolonged my progress instead of speeding it up. Ultimately, the time investment felt disproportionate to the expected benefit, and the onboarding procedures seemed more complex than warranted for a remote workflow tool. Had the instructions more clearly delineated which tasks were one-time and which were ongoing, I could have planned better, but as it stands, the whole process was overly time-consuming and confusing.
