The process of setting up WFHI’s software and training was somewhat mixed in how the effort was distributed over time. Initially, there was a one-off phase which demanded quite a bit of figuring out the database integration and dialer configurations. This took longer than I had anticipated, involving several phone calls with support to clarify details. The telephonic assistance was helpful but sometimes slow in response, extending the setup period. Once past this phase, the ongoing support needs decreased significantly as the software stabilized in daily use. Automated updates arrived without disrupting the workflow, which was beneficial. The invoicing and payment system was clear and smooth throughout, easing administrative concerns. Although the setup phase took time, the lasting assistance was consistent and dependable. So overall, the experience required patience upfront but grew more efficient as time went on. It felt like investing initially to save subsequent effort, which suited my approach even if it wasn’t perfect. Anyone considering WFHI should be aware of the time needed for initial setup versus ongoing support demands.
