Setup Took Some Time, But Mostly Done In One Go
Getting started with the WFHI training and onboarding took a fair bit of time, certainly more than I initially expected. There was a solid block of initial effort, mostly spent on understanding the software features and setting up the dialer and database correctly. The training sessions were clear, but the process involved a number of steps that needed to be completed before moving ahead. After the initial setup, most of the activities felt like one-off tasks rather than ongoing chores. Although some updates and refinements came through automatic updates, the real hands-on work was front loaded. The onboarding flow was laid out methodically, so it made sense to go through the whole process step-by-step. The call tools performed well day to day once configured, and the database feature seemed to fall into place quickly after the training. Overall, while it was time consuming, this initial setup phase felt worth it. The time invested in the beginning meant less tweaking later, so I think most people will experience a similar pattern with WFHI.
