Setup took some effort but was mostly a one-time thing

I’d say the setup process for using WFHI’s training and onboarding tools was involved but not ongoing. Initially, I had to invest time to understand the dashboard and database features, which took careful attention to the training materials. This setup phase included configuring the dialer and going through the onboarding flow step-by-step. What stood out is that though the initial setup took effort, once that was done, the ongoing use was straightforward and didn’t require constant tweaks. The training helped me get familiar with the core tools and features, so I wasn’t repeatedly troubleshooting or stuck needing support. The majority of the effort was front-loaded in the first few days — I’d say this is a one-off investment to get fully operational. After that, it was just about maintaining a steady workflow using the features laid out clearly during onboarding. So from my viewpoint, while the setup took some focus and time, knowing it wasn’t an ongoing demand made it more manageable and justified the initial effort. All in all, the process was practical considering the complexity of running remote workflows with multiple tools involved, and I could comfortably continue without constant distractions from setup issues.
