setup took some effort but it wasn’t too bad
The initial installation and account creation process took a bit more focus than I expected, mostly because I had to switch between different screens to enter data and verify access multiple times. After that, getting used to the dialer and the database integration meant spending some time learning what each feature did, but the tutorials helped me with that without adding too much friction. Updates rolled out fairly frequently, which sometimes required extra steps to adjust configurations again. Communication with support was easy enough, though it wasn’t instantaneous every time I needed help, so I had to wait a little. Overall, the setup phase wasn’t seamless but manageable. It felt like it took more effort than a plug-and-play app and more ongoing attention than a set-and-forget system, but I’m confident these initial investments will pay off going forward.
