Setup took much more effort than I anticipated
The initial setup consumed more time and effort than I had expected, mostly because much of it felt manual and repetitive. While I understand that some configuration is necessary, the lack of streamlined guidance made it tedious. There was some one-off help during onboarding, but ongoing assistance required a lot of my involvement to troubleshoot minor issues. The telephonic support was reachable yet did not always provide comprehensive solutions, so I often had to manage things myself. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and smooth, but that comfort stopped there. I expected a more hands-off experience once setup was done, but instead, I spent considerable time maintaining system access and correcting recurring problems. Although the software had potential, the large amount of effort needed to keep things running diminished its value for my work style.
