Setup took longer than I thought but was worth the time
During the sales and pre-purchase phase, I was really interested in understanding how much of the setup would be a one-time effort versus ongoing work. The discussions were quite detailed and it took more time than I originally expected to get the full picture. The team explained that initial onboarding would involve configuring the database and dialer, setting preferences, and training on software usage. Then, automatic updates would continually improve the system with minimal intervention needed. This helped me prepare mentally for the effort required upfront. I appreciated that the payment process was straightforward and transparent too. Having a clear idea of what is expected in terms of continuous maintenance versus the initial setup made me feel more comfortable proceeding. Despite taking considerable time to understand all these elements, the clarity I gained was invaluable. In short, investing extra time in this phase made the overall experience smoother when I started actively using the software.
