Setup took longer than I hoped but made sense overall
I was setting up the remote workflow software, and I noticed the onboarding steps were generally in a logical order. It guided me through access permissions first, then configured the database, and finally introduced the calling tools, which made sense to me. However, I found that it took more time than I initially expected, especially while integrating the dialer feature with the database. There was a brief pause where I wasn’t sure if I missed a step, but the automated updates helped smooth things out later. The invoicing section during sign-up was straightforward, though I did wish the payment process had a bit more guidance to clarify options. The priority assistance via phone was helpful, resolving a couple of my questions about setting up the calling workflow. Overall, the experience was positive but I would say the time taken could be shorter—it felt a bit drawn-out for someone eager to get everything running quickly. Still, the software sequence made sense and I appreciated the smooth progression once I got over that initial delay.
