On the positive side, the training sessions offered good practical guidance, which helped bridge the initial gap in understanding. However, I felt the invoicing and payment steps could be streamlined for quicker access. Despite taking longer, the calling tools and dialer eventually integrated well with my routine, and the automatic updates kept the software current without inconvenience. Overall, while the time investment was higher, the trade-off in functionality was somewhat worthwhile.
