So after signing up, I figured I'd be able to start using the calling tools fairly quickly. That part did go well eventually—once I got through the initial database import phase. Importing my contacts was a little frustrating because the instructions weren’t fully clear and it took some trial and error. Once that was settled, the dialer worked fine enough throughout the week I tested it. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt usage, which was good. Training materials included useful guides, but I didn’t feel they prepared me for the data setup part perfectly. The onboarding flow was a bit slow for me, so really it took a couple of days before I was comfortably using the key features. Telephonic support was okay; I was able to get help after waiting on the line a few times. Invoicing and payments processed without issue, so at least the administrative side was smooth. Even though the early stages were a bit bumpy, by the end of that period the system worked as expected for my workflow.
