Setup took longer than expected but then was manageable
Having used remote workflow software before, I thought I knew what to expect from WorkFromHomeIndia’s platform. Setting it up took noticeably longer than I anticipated, especially when trying to configure the dialer with my existing call lists. That particular moment stood out as I had to re-learn some steps compared to what I was used to, and it delayed my progress. On the other hand, once past those first few hours, the software overall felt stable and fairly intuitive. I appreciated the inclusion of automatic updates which kept things current without needing manual intervention. Still, the learning curve during setup made me realize this is perhaps not the fastest tool for someone eager to jump straight into workflows. Telephonic support availability was a plus, but I mostly relied on documentation. So although some aspects compared well to previous tools, I would advise allowing extra time initially to become fully comfortable.
