Reflecting back on my initial interactions with WFHI, I found that the sales and pre-purchase process involved more onboarding steps than I first anticipated. The sign-up and invoicing were straightforward and only needed to be done once, which was a relief. However, configuring the software itself and understanding how to use the dialer alongside the database feature was more hands-on than I’d expected, and this setup was mostly a one-off but felt somewhat time-consuming. I estimated that this took up a good chunk of my initial commitment, while ongoing tasks like updating settings or managing calls were quicker and easier afterward. The training helped a lot but wasn’t always immediately accessible when I wanted to clarify things, which slowed me down a bit. Overall, I’m pleased with the investment in time as the software functions well now, but prospective users should be prepared to dedicate a fair amount of initial effort. It definitely was not just a quick buy and go; getting comfortable with the system took longer than I thought, but it feels manageable in hindsight.
