The onboarding process seemed to demand a lot of one-off effort initially, which I found wearing. Much of the setup, including configuring the database and learning to operate the dialer, was front-loaded and took more time than I anticipated. After this initial phase, the ongoing training and support needs decreased somewhat, but getting to that point was exhausting. The automatic updates didn’t seem to help ease the initial workload either, as they mostly addressed minor issues rather than simplifying setup. Payment and invoicing were clear and handled without complication, but the early hours invested in setup gave me a sense that this required significant upfront commitment overall.
