Setup took its own sweet time, to be honest
The training and onboarding process felt like a mix of things that happened just once and some that kept popping up for me to redo or recheck. I was a bit surprised how some parts of the setup needed repeated attention, like configuring calling tools which weren’t exactly set-and-forget. Meanwhile, the database feature took quite a bit of effort upfront but then stayed pretty stable. The ongoing tweaks and checking if updates worked kind of stretched the experience longer than I expected. It’s like the initial training got me started but I realized I’d be spending regular time adjusting things, especially as I explored the dialer settings. I guess it makes sense that not all of it is a one-time thing because of the nature of remote workflows, but I found myself looping back to the training content multiple times. Overall, it worked well enough but felt like a longer journey than the usual straightforward onboarding, which made me appreciate the parts that did stick after the first try.
