Setup took focused effort once, then mostly smooth sailing
Right from the start, setting up the WFHI software involved a solid chunk of one-off work. Signing up, understanding the database features, and configuring the dialer required dedicated attention early on. The onboarding training sessions helped, but I had to spend deliberate time making sense of all the steps. That initial phase felt intensive for sure. However, after crossing the initial hurdle, the ongoing use of the software was much more straightforward. The dialer and calling tools ran smoothly day to day, and automatic updates kept everything current without extra input from me. Support calls were rare, since most issues got sorted during setup itself. Billing and payment processes were straightforward once I got the hang of the invoicing cycle, so I didn't have to revisit those details repeatedly. So, in summary, the effort was front loaded: a busy setup period followed by relatively low-maintenance ongoing usage. That pattern worked well enough for me and fit with my workflow expectations.
