Setup took far more effort than expected
From the start, my experience with the sales process was exhausting because it was unclear how much of the setup was a one-time thing versus ongoing. I had assumed most of the onboarding and configuration would happen once, but it turned out I was repeatedly going back to redo parts that didn’t stick or weren’t explained well. Not only did the initial sign-up feel complicated with multiple steps, but the subsequent adjustments to my software access and licensing seemed endless. The sales team had promised a smoother transition, but a large portion of the setup required me to spend a lot of extra time learning how to use the database and dialer properly. The installation was not as automated as I thought it would be, and training didn’t fully prepare me for what tools I needed regularly. What annoyed me most was that ongoing support felt limited despite their claims of availability. I ended up feeling frustrated because I was investing hours weekly to troubleshoot and reconfigure, which I hadn’t budgeted for. The initial enthusiasm wore off quickly because it felt like a continuous process rather than a one-off setup as I had expected. This made me question the true convenience of the whole package.
