Setup took a bit longer than I thought it would
My experience with the pre-purchase and setup phases showed me that there’s a fair amount of one-off effort involved in getting everything up and running, compared to ongoing usage. From signing up, completing the billing process, and onboarding through the training modules, each step demanded careful attention to detail. The initial batch of trainings for the database and dialer tools required focused sessions that stretched over a few days before I felt comfortable using them effectively. Still, once the setup was complete, most day-to-day usage became routine, and automatic updates slide in without much disruption. I appreciated that the payment and invoicing system was efficient and straightforward to handle, but I was a little surprised by how much time it took immersing myself fully in the software’s features. The process was logical, but I wished there were ways to streamline the early phases more to reduce setup time. Despite this, I think the balanced approach between setup effort and ongoing maintenance aligns reasonably well with what they had outlined at sales time, with just a slight reservation about the initial time expenditure.
