Setup took a bit longer than expected, but manageable
The billing and payment setup with WFHI took somewhat more time than I initially anticipated, though it was generally smooth. Registering and entering the necessary financial details was straightforward, but some steps required careful attention to ensure accuracy, especially opting for the right payment mode that fit my preferences. Once past the one-off setup, the recurring billing sequence seemed automated and hassle-free. Although I found that updating billing info was a process I needed to revisit occasionally, it wasn’t overly cumbersome. Invoices were generated automatically, and the system’s integration with reminders helped avoid missed payments. From a time investment point of view, I would say that while initial configuration needed dedicated focus, ongoing management became quite light. The instructional support provided during onboarding was helpful, though I felt the time taken to complete the initial setup could have been condensed slightly. Still, once done, the billing process worked reliably and didn’t require constant intervention. Overall, the setup duration was a minor inconvenience relative to the benefits of streamlined payments afterward.
