Setup timings - straightforward but mostly one-time
I’ve gone through the training and onboarding with WorkFromHomeIndia’s software. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, but honestly, it felt like a one-time effort. Once I had the software downloaded and started assigning some tasks, the bulk of the setting up was done. The training covered all the basics thoroughly, so I understood how to manage my remote workflows. However, I noticed that after getting past the initial setup phase, the ongoing routine didn’t demand much additional training. It’s mostly about using the interface and database features effectively. There is a bit of a learning curve with the dialer and calling tools, but that isn’t constant - just something you get better at over time. The invoicing and payment process was explained clearly during the onboarding, and it required just one confirmation from my side before I could proceed. Overall, it was a mostly one-off setup experience, and the training sessions once completed didn’t require me to revisit them frequently. Looking back, if you’re familiar with basic software tools, the onboarding should not be painful, but you might find yourself preparing once and then just using the system steadily afterwards.
