Setup time was much longer than I expected
I had high hopes for the WFHI software, expecting an easy and intuitive experience based on the initial descriptions. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite match what I thought it would be like once I got access. The software itself felt somewhat clunky, with features like the calling tools and dialer not responding smoothly during use. The database feature looked promising, but integrating my existing remote workflow took much longer than anticipated, and there were issues syncing data automatically. While the invoicing and payment process worked without a hitch, that was about the only part that met my expectations. I also found the telephonic support a bit inconsistent; during busy times, the wait was long and the guidance sometimes felt generic rather than tailored to my setup. The training sessions were informative but felt rushed in areas where I needed more detail, leaving me less confident about fully using the system. Automatic updates during work also led to unexpected interruptions. Overall, I spent a significant amount of time trying to make the system fit my workflow but was left feeling that it didn’t live up to the initial promise. I found myself questioning if it was worth the investment given the extra time and effort.
